Established in 1966 by the ICSID Convention, ICSID provides an independent and neutral forum for the resolution of international investment disputes. It has extensive experience in this field, having administered the majority of all international investment cases. States have agreed on ICSID as a forum for investor-State dispute settlement in most international investment treaties and in numerous investment laws and contracts.
Established in 2012, the Casablanca International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CIMAC) is the result of the merger of previous Moroccan arbitral institutions. Located in the most dynamic financial centre in Africa (Casablanca), CIMAC delivers a fair dispute resolution service to investors doing business in Africa through arbitration and mediation.
All speakers and attendees of the workshop are invited to join a post-event dinner on 28th November 2018 at the Hyatt Regency at 8 pm.
With best wishes, CIMAC in collaboration with ICSID.
